All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail post with a cost of £1.95. Orders over 50.00 GBP will be sent via
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The Carat Shop Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fault in The Royal Mail Service.
We aim to get orders to you within 2 - 5 days.
If for any reason delivery maybe delayed, we will notify you within 3 days to confirm a delivery date by email.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been authorised.
